Terms and Conditions

 By placing an order or booking with Lylo Cake Co., you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Bookings & Payment

• A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the event/order date (details will be provided at booking).
• Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
   

Cancellations & Changes

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may be charged in full.
• Any changes to your booking must be requested as early as possible and cannot be guaranteed.
   

Party Bookings

• Final numbers must be confirmed in advance of the party.
• Parties are based on a minimum number of participants, as outlined at the time of booking.
• For home bookings a suitable space must be provided, including tables and access to handwashing facilities.
   

Allergies & Dietary Requirements

• All products are prepared in a home-based kitchen that handles allergens including nuts, gluten, and dairy.
• While we aim to be as inclusive as possible, all party guests must have the same type of cupcakes to avoid potential mix-ups.
• It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us of any allergies at the time of booking.
   

Design & Products

• We will work with you to achieve your chosen design or theme, but some variation may occur as all items are handmade.
• Colours and finishes may vary slightly.
   

Collection & Delivery

• Once cakes/products have been collected or delivered, responsibility passes to the customer.
• We are not liable for any damage once the order has left our care.
   

Workshops & Classes

• Places are non-refundable unless cancelled by Lylo Cake Co.
• If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible.
   

Liability

• Lylo Cake Co. will not be held liable for any allergic reactions.
• Participation in workshops and parties is at your own risk.
